AFM makes shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe.
For shipments made in the Peninsula, shipping costs will be free in any case. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Europe, the expenses will be as stipulated by AFM.
For such shipments outside the peninsula we will contact the customer to specify the delivery procedure.

AFM undertakes to deliver the order between 1 and 2 working days in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, between 2 and 4 working days in Europe and between 7 and 8 working days in the Canary Islands, starting the day after the order is placed.
For shipments to South Africa we will contact the customer to specify the execution of the order.
The availability of the products offered by AFM may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that the stock is updated periodically, the product requested by the client could be out of stock at that moment. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, at the time it becomes aware of this situation, it will notify the client, by means of an email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. The double option may be given: to supply the customer without a price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by AFM within this same period, to pay the amounts paid for the canceled order. In the event that this payment is not made within the indicated period, the buyer may claim that double the amount owed be paid, without prejudice to his right to be compensated.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND CLAIMS
The buyer will have a period of ten calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is duly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check their status. As soon as we verify that both the item(s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.
RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

In case of unjustified delay on the part of AFM, regarding the return of the sums paid, the client may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for the damages suffered in excess of said amount. .
Likewise, AFM reserves the right to present civil or criminal actions that it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in Spanish territory. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
