What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Alenia has FREE SHIPPING throughout the Spanish Peninsula, we want you to try on the dress at home in peace. The delivery time in the peninsula is from 2 to 4 working days, we also have an express service that consists of 24 hours of delivery.
Your shipment begins to be processed from the moment we process your order. The shipment will be made on working days , that is, from Monday to Friday. If you do it on holidays or on the weekend, we will start processing it the next business day.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a cost of €14 + VAT and shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands are made through the Post Office . Its cost is €13 + VAT and shipping takes 7 working days.
Shipments to France and Italy are €14.50 + VAT and take between 2 and 4 working days.
Shipments to Portugal have a cost of €6 including VAT.
Shipments to the rest of Europe must be consulted.
This service is carried out through the company MRW. You can follow the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number on the website of our courier provider .

Once the order has left our facilities, it is not possible to make changes to the delivery address.
Alenia is not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times in the event of: lack of information in the data filled in by the customer in their order, absence at home, incorrect addresses or telephone numbers, force majeure or local festivals unrelated to our knowledge.
What is the return policy?
You can return your order within a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the item.
You can request a refund of the amount paid for the garment, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all its labels and has no signs of use. In the event of not complying with the aforementioned requirements, we reserve the right to do not accept the return.
During the Black Friday period, exchanges of garments purchased prior to this promotion will not be accepted.
What do I do to return an order?

We have two return options within the Peninsula:
Option A: We send a courier to your home to pick up the package and the cost is €9
Option B: returns are paid by the customer, and must be certified, since the items purchased will always be the responsibility of the customer, until the product arrives at our offices.
VERY IMPORTANT: once you receive the accepted request email, you can send us the package, not before. The package must reach us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after the acceptance of the return. The package is the responsibility of the sender until its arrival at our facilities, not being our responsibility any delay in the collection or delay by the chosen courier.
You can send us the package by certified mail or any other courier of your choice. We remind you that the package has to be certified and we recommend that you use a secure method with a tracking number, since the package is your full responsibility until it arrives at our offices.
Can I exchange the product for another size?

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return is accepted, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase (credit / debit card .
The term for said reimbursement will be between 2 and 14 working days depending on the bank and the payment method used .
